Pecan Pancakes Can I Sue IHOP If They Gave Me Pecan Pancakes And I'm Allergic To Nuts And I Ordered Blueberry Pancakes?

Can i sue IHOP if they gave me pecan pancakes and I'm allergic to nuts and i ordered blueberry pancakes? - pecan pancakes

I went to IHOP and blueberry pancakes, took a few bites and found that it is nuts. I'm allergic to nuts. could not see there was cranberry sauce on top of the cake, the mother. Wal-Mart, I went to IHOP for some drugs and I left knowing my friend, how it happened. approximately 30 minutes later I felt better and went to the hospital. The doctor said that I went to Wal-Mart first, things were even worse. Do you think I have a case?

How do I know if you are allergic to nuts
You should check the food every time to ensure you get to,
all they can do is send you a free visit to the next

Hon, if someone sued McDonald's, dumped them coffee and turn on his knees, I'm sure you can continue IHOP. BTW who sued and won! Yes, you can continue to IHOP. It was just an honest mistake, I'm sure ... but still lethal, and you can sue. You can sue for everything ... just not sure that you win.

I'm glad you feel better. God bless you and yours ... forever.

I would say that errors occur. I sat down with a lawyer ... Your medical bills must be paid for IHOP ... Have you left the IHOP on errors before your departure? Keep the receipt and other documentation. IHOP, I'm sure they will be reasonable ... I would not go for something extra when they refuse medical expenses. Good luck

Why does everyone wants to sue everyone? Geeze **** happening that are not dead beforehand. So, do not you look at eating the food before it? I think if you continue to go lame with ester, is the karma one ***** and you can get up to the end. How would you be sued in an accident. I will pray for you now. bye bye

If you have more than the cost of medicines and medical co-payments, then take advantage of the legal system.

You should sue someone if they pay help to hurt you intentionally or if necessary, their spending.

I do not think you have a case, unless stated in the door of the restaurant: "My products contain peanut products" or something. Dairy Queen has this warning. IHOP to check to see if they like a warning that unless you have a case. not whether you win, but it is a case

Most people say no, but if it happened to them, they would be faster in the office of the lawyer than you could say: WTF? I say go for it, because if the shoe were on the other foot on the court faster than you could say WTH released? I say go for it good luck

You can, but you can receive compensation. You can not for what happened would have to sue, all you can sue for damages. Did you know that the damage is not?

could, but it will not happen, because I guarantee you that you are some kind of sign / informative article that customers realize that nuts are used in their memory that makes.

Not sure. Did you know that you are allergic? You can have anything that could avoid such complications are brought into contact with nuts.

No. It's crazy, a restaurant, a simple mistake when they sued not even seriously injured. I like maturity, and Let It Go =]
